By accessing the Arches Mobile Pulse website (the "Site") you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, you are prohibited from using or accessing this Site.

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a licence, not a transfer of title, and under this licence you may not:

• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software;
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notations; or
• Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" them on any other server.

This licence shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by RJ ARCHES LTD at any time. Upon termination you must destroy any downloaded materials in your possession.

10. Refunds

Service fees are non-refundable once consulting work has begun. If you believe charges were made in error, contact service@rjarches.services within 14 days and we will review the case.
